Job Description :

• Assist Sustainability Manager in monitoring of project implementation.
• Assist Sustainability Manager in problem solving and initiative with client or related parties.
• Involve in sustainability project implementation, such as :
  • GHG Accounting
  • Sustainability / ESG Report.
  • Other sustainability related project.
• Manage and coordinate GHG verification and sustainability report assurance processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices
• As a verifier / assuror / trainer, conduct GHG verification and/or sustainability report assurance.
• Prepare technical proposals for sustainability projects together with Business Development Team.
• Develop strategies and action plans to implement sustainability projects, managing timelines and resources.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, providing training and promoting sustainability initiatives.

Minimum Requirement :

• Technical Skill :

• GHG Accounting :
  • Advanced proficiency in developing and managing GHG inventories in line with ISO 14064-1, ISO 14064-2, ISO 14067, GHG Protocol, IPCC, and other relevant standards.
  • Expertise in calculating and reporting emissions for Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3, including carbon footprint product and lifecycle assessment.
  • Familiar with emission reduction / removal enhancement project schemes, such as : Verra, Gold Standard, NEK (SRN PPI), etc.
  • Advanced knowledge of validation and verification frameworks for sustainability reports and GHG inventories.
  • Highly skilled in data validation and verification, utilizing advanced tools such as GHG management software and complex Excel models for emissions calculations and reporting.
• Sustainability Reporting :
  • Extensive experience in leading the preparation of sustainability reports, with deep knowledge of global standards such as GRI, SASB, IFRS S2, and TCFD.
  • Proficiency in materiality analysis, risk and opportunity assessments, and the integration of financial and non-financial data into comprehensive sustainability disclosures.
• Project Management :
  • Demonstrated ability to lead the development of high-quality proposals for sustainability projects, including clear scopes of work, project timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Experience in designing and delivering advanced training programs on GHG accounting, sustainability reporting, and ESG integration for diverse audiences.
  • Preferably having experience in audit for third party or second party audit for related scheme

• 
  Education :

Master Degree (S2) in any major, preferably science or engineering or sustainability related fields with 2+ years experience of sustainability projects;

Or Bachelor Degree (S1) in any major, preferably science or engineering or sustainability related fields with 4+ years experience of sustainability projects.
