SoftwareSeni is a Software Development Company based in Yogyakarta & Sydney, Australia. We have been designing and developing phone apps, websites, and mobile experiences. We love solving tough problems – from user experience to design and code.
We build enterprise web-based solutions for clients all over the world, from Australia, Indonesia, Europe, Africa, and America. Our clients from Indonesia: Astra International, Traveloka, Angkasa Pura, Peduli Anak Foundation. Our clients from Australia: Bike Exchange, Downsizing, Red Balloon, Sectara, and many more.

• Birthday Leave. We also want to celebrate our staff's happiest day by giving them half-day leave on their birthday.

Requirements:

• Experienced in designing digital products as well as a strong portfolio of related projects.
• Have at least 3 years of experience in UX and/or product design.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS; basic understanding of JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience working with CMS platforms like WordPress.
• Proficient in design & prototyping tools such as Figma & Adobe Family.
• Strong understanding of design and usability principles (Visual hierarchy, information architecture, color, spacing, typography, etc.)
• English skill level: Advanced.
• Able to perform various communications in English, such as presenting ideas, explaining design, and project development meetings across the team.
• Excellent attitude and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop user-centric web interfaces with a strong focus on usability, accessibility, and responsiveness.
• Translate UX/UI designs into standards-compliant HTML/CSS layouts that work seamlessly across devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to ensure alignment between design intent and technical implementation.
• Apply visual design principles, including layout, hierarchy, typography, and color, to create cohesive and engaging user experiences.
• Communicate and present ideas clearly to cross-functional teams, contributing to creative and technical decision-making.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback from users, stakeholders, and business objectives to refine and enhance the final design before handoff to the development team.
• Maintain design consistency across platforms and contribute to the evolution of design systems or UI component libraries.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX and front-end development

• ️ Note: This position requires fluency in English, as most communication will be conducted in English.
