We are looking for Scrum master with a deep understanding of agile methodology to work with our Scrum teams in Bandung, Indonesia . You will be a part of a global team of product engineers delivering a Saa S platform and coach multiple teams in delivering effective scrum practices .

This role is focussed on setting up the scrum best practices by implementing the right scrum ceremo nies, enabling better estimation of work and using specific scrum ceremonies like retrospectives to get better over time. You will also coach other scrum masters to implement the best practices in their teams. We are looking for somebody that is passionate about using scrum practices to transform our product engineering processes.

You will work very closely with the Product Managers, Dev leads , QA& UX team and other scrum team members to coach, motivate and implement agile best practices.

The ultimate goal of this role is to increase velocity across teams by improving each team’s estimations and efficiencies there by enabling faster time to market.

Work Arrangement

• Full-time position

• Hybrid work model (2 days per week in the office)

• Monday to Friday, 5-day work week (flexible work schedule)

Eligible to reside and work in Bandung (Indonesian citizenship only)

K ey Accountabilities

• Responsible for enabling the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Specifically Scrum and Kanban

• Be the scrum master of at least 2 teams and work closely with those 2 teams in building the right scrum practices

• Recommend and implement the right scrum processes for a scrum team

• Build reports on Jira and help the team measure metrics like burndown, velocity, and other sprint metrics

• Facilitate scrum ceremonies like Grooming, planning, daily standups, retrospectives and help the team get better at achieving higher velocity

• Facilitate Sprint demos across scrum teams . Coach the engineers and effective demo preparation

• Coach scrum master with classroom trainings, on the job training and job shadowing to make them effective in their role

• Standardize scrum processes across scrum teams and deliver a consistent scrum experience across the product engineering org. Standardize the language, metrics, KPI and process for Dropsuite

• Conduct infrequent generic scrum trainings across the org to onboard engineers, QA and other s onto agile and scrum methodology

• Raise system issues or processes improvements to product and engineering leadership and drive change in processes

Continuously improve the team's processes and practices, leveraging Agile methodologies and best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications and Competencies

• About 5 years of experience in Software Development
  in any capacity within a scrum team

• At least 3 years or more of experience as a scrum master of a team. Experience in facilitating scrum of scrums

• Experience in working as a scrum master with product organization.

• Certified as a scrum master with minimum level 1 of CSM.
  Additional scrum certifications like ( SAFe )
  will be a plus.

• Expert in configuring and administering tools like Jira for scrum management.

• Expert in excel based reports. Preparing status reports using excel and presentations.

• Able to build short trainings of 1-4 hours to train and orient other employees in the product-engineering organization

• Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written skills, with the ability to present ideas

• Able to express and explain new initiatives along with status updates

• Highly motivated and a self - starter. Able to drive initiatives independently and self - discipline.

Working experience with Global teams outside Indonesia will be a huge plus
