Job Summary Sandvik is seeking applications from motivated individuals for Export Import Freight Supervisor based in Balikpapan. The role is responsible for the efficient and economical movement of goods (e.g., materials, products, equipment) across international borders in accordance with organizational policies and and in compliance with relevant local, country and international customs laws and processes. This position also responsible for the on-time clearance of all import & export shipment with necessary compliance related to Customs, Banker, CIQ. Mapping of cost, Processing & Tracking of bills of Transporter, Custom clearing agent, 3PL Warehouse service provider, packaging material suppliers etc. Proper cost allocation. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handling all shipments of Bond sale/ High Sea sale/ Stock & sale shipments and maintain data.
• To provide item wise HS Code to Custom House Agent for preparing checklist.
• Co-ordinate with Finance for duty, VAT & revenue deposit payment with Custom agent to ensure timely delivery.
• Work with customs / CIQ, banker to ensure statutory compliance and resolve queries.
• Data maintenance of all import shipment including Statutory compliance towards submission of documents.
• Interacting & coordinating with group company for timely order execution.
• Planning for inbound and out bound shipment, coordination with Freight Forwarder including ex-works Import shipment, shipment status tracking.
• Checking of bills/Invoices of supplier / service provider with contract or PO.
• Ensure proper cost allocation to the respective Cost Centre.
• On time submission of bills with finance and maintain data to track submission.
• Resolved bill wise queries raised by Cape Gemini in BPOpen, finance or Cost Centre owner.
• Reconciliation of account including resolve supplier / service provider quires related to payments.
• Claiming insurance (in-transit) till settlement.

COLLABORATION WITH OTHER BUSINESS LINE

• Report to Logistic Superintendent.

SUPERVISION/ACT AS A COACH

• To Export Import Specialist as the subordinate.

HEALTH & SAFETY

• Comply to Sandvik policy.

PREFERRED ENVIRONMENT & MOBILITY

• Travel to the site within country and to Jakarta Office / Ability to travel regionally if required.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• > 6 years experiences Supply Chain Environment, with > 3 years experiences in heavy equipment industry.
• Preferably someone with experience in Mining or Construction Industries.
• Educated to degree level, ideally in a business or supply chain discipline.
• Proficient in English communications verbal and written (CEFR C1 / EF Level 12).
• Excellent interpersonal skills, presentation, along with high level of professionalism, honesty, efficiency, maturity, and integrity.
• Logistics cost as % of revenues, on time Custom clearance, Updated Statutory Compliance related to Custom, NWC.
