We are looking for an IT Solution Architect who will be based in Jakarta. You are responsible for determining the appropriate technologies, frameworks and design patterns for applications, batch jobs or services. Design scalable, reliable and secure software architecture. Drive market solution standardization, integration and alignment with IT Global platforms and Domain Architect, for re-usability, technical advice and support, documentation, collaboration between stakeholders and technical teams, representation at key forum and to enhance ID market technical architecture maturity.

Your ‘day to day’

• Build Technical Documentation, Best Practices and Design Pattern
• Design Architecture according to PMI/Sampoerna Standard for Security (ITPF), Scalability, Reliability, Performance and Cost
• Negotiation and liaison with domain tech leads, engineers and Domain Architects to design compliant and integrated solutions
• Collaborate with Technical Engineer to review functional and non-functional requirements and translate into Technical Design document
• Defines the architecture of software, its components, and interactions with internal and external systems, providing an architectural vision for the system or product.
• Interacts with product owners, tech lead, tech engineer and other stakeholders to design and develop the product.
• Apply object oriented design pattern for the code structure.
• Provide code structure or template with Software Engineer.
• Reviews code regularly to ensure the quality of the final product and help teams avoid complexity.
• Works as a contributor and mentor for the software development team to build the right solution with the best methodology.

Who we’re looking for

• Min. bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information System/Technology or Computer Science a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of full-time software engineering experience and 3 years of experience designing complex and modern web or mobile applications running on Cloud-native or serverless architectures running on AWS
• Familiar object oriented design pattern and micro service design pattern
• Proficiency in modern technologies, including Angular, ReactJS, React Native, PHP, NodeJs, Container, Queue, Redis, MySQL and MongoDB.
• Extensive experience as a software engineer in high-volume transactions and business critical application
• Strong understanding of design patterns, microservices and event-driven on software engineering architecture while considering few pillars such as Scalability, Availability, Reliability, Security and Performance.
• Positive attitude and strong commitment to deliver quality work
• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and fast learning, able to identify and resolve complex technical design issues
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Business acumen and business analysis
• Architecture standards and Methodology
• Business, data, application and technology modeling / drawing
