Are you a detail-driven and proactive accounting professional ready to take ownership of an internal finance function? We're looking for a skilled Internal Accountant to join our growing team at our Sydney headquarters.

About the Role:
This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience and a passion for accurate, efficient financial operations. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day accounts, statutory lodgements, and preparing insightful management reports. We operate on Xero, so strong familiarity with the platform is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Bank reconciliations, month-end close, and journal entries
• Prepare and lodge BAS, PAYG, Superannuation, and other statutory reports
• Generate monthly management reports and financial dashboards
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Liaise with external accountants and auditors as needed
• Assist with continuous improvement of financial processes and controls

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar
• CPA/CA qualification (or working towards)
• Proficiency with Xero (required)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
