Berikut ini adalah kualifikasi yang harus penuhi untuk melamar Senior Microbiologist Alcon Batam yang dibuka pada bulan Mei 2024 ini:

• Leading Microbiology Laboratory to ensure a smooth day to day operation following the existing SOPs, and implementation of GMP/GLP/GDP.
• Demonstrate complete competence in all laboratory methods, investigational techniques, validation of laboratory procedures, and validation support of processes outside the laboratory.
• Ensure safety in Microbiology Laboratory and all lab personnel working safely.
• Ensure no data integrity case in Microbiology Laboratory.
• Ensure Good Laboratory Practices is fully implemented in Microbiology Laboratory.
• Ensure all OOS found in Microbiology Laboratory are completely investigated.
• Ensure all testing equipment is qualified and maintained.
• Ensure all testing methods are validated.
• Ensure all Microbiology Laboratory projects are delivered as per plan.
• Assist Lab Manager for preparing budget.

Education Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Microbiology/Biology which is focus on Microbiology

Experience Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in micro lab of medical/pharmaceutical industry

Core Competencies

• Environmental monitoring of cleanroom (particulate and viable monitoring)
• Water monitoring (Total count, coliform, endotoxin)
• Product bioburden and endotoxin test
• Media preparation and growth promotion test
• Microbial staining and identification

Skills and Abilities

• Good laboratory practices and aseptic technique
• Microbiological test method and practices
• Operation of microbiology lab equipment
• Fluently read, write, and communicate in English
• Leadership
• Investigative skills
