Your Contribution

• To running ventilation and AC (VAC) maintenance independently, with team or with subcontractors based on a schedule.
• To repair VAC independently, with team and/or subcontractor.
• To control subcontractor activities.
• To create VAC maintenance and repair reports.
• To implement improvement project.
• To Make improvements or realize projects.
• To realize TPM, 5R, GMP & EHS Performance.
• To control general equipment in the TS workshop.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• To ensure execution of project as timeline.
• To ensure improvement activity in line with KPI.
• To coordinate improvement tasks with team.
• To share improvement ideas to Head of Facility Management & Overhaul.
• To evaluate project that conducted by Production Supervisor.
• To escalate issue that cannot be solved by team.
• To observe implemented project and potential project improvement.

Your Profile

• Technical degree with focus on engineering
• 2 - 3 years as technician ventilation & air conditioner (VAC) in manufacture
• Technical English, CAD (Computer Aided Design) and CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing) knowledge, EDP knowledge
• Analytic skill & problem-solving knowledge (fish bond, pareto diagram)
• Understand of TPM & 5S concept
• Understand about the ISO 9001 and ISO 15378 requirements.
• Understand about the ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements.
• Doesn’t have sight problems
