Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information System, or Information Technology.
• At least 1-2 years of experience as a Developer Lead with total 4 years of experience in backend development.
• Proven track record of leading technical teams.
• Hands-on experience in software development projects.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, React Native, Angular, or React JS.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Understanding of messaging systems.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps mechanisms.
• Working knowledge of AWS services (SES, S3).
• Recommended expertise in Quarkus framework.

Personal Skills

• Strong leadership and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication with ability to influence.
• Experience managing teams using Agile principles.
• Preferably with knowledge of insurance domain.
• Stays current with IT industry trends.
