Summary

• Maximize Maintenance efficiencies through minimal total downtime.
• Undertake projects as directed to improve plant efficiencies, and resolve quality, health Safety and environmental issues.
• Ensure ongoing development of Maintenance human resources to ensure adequate skill base for plant requirements.

Responsibilities

All core accountabilities will be in accordance with agreed performance objectives and reference to Plant Manager.

1. Plant Maintenance
Provide plant maintenance services to the Cilegon manufacturing plant. Services are to include breakdown repairs and maintenance and reliability maintenance including preventative and predictive maintenance to meet plant downtime and waste objectives.

2. Capital Projects
Provide projects engineering services to undertake small to medium projects in order to improve quality, resolve Health Safety and environmental issues in accordance with the organization objective. Source,
investigate & make recommendation on the acquisition of capital equipment. Undertake capital work in accordance with agreed methodology including preparation of estimates & project programs, monitoring of progress & expenditure, letting & control of contracts and regular reporting.

3. Preventive and Predictive Maintenance
Assist in the implementation of Preventive and Predictive maintenance system at the Cilegon plant. Develop, implement, control and monitor the preventative maintenance system to ensure optimal plant reliability performance. Establish and control spare parts strategy to minimize both down time and carrying costs.

Key Requirements

• Experience/background 5 years experience in Engineering and Maintenance management in medium or large manufacturing companies
• Mechanical/Electrical engineer qualification (S1 level) or equivalent
• Language: Fluent in Indonesian and English (speaking / writing)
• Ability to organize groups of people
• Good communication and strong leadership skills
• Ability to analyze technical problems and good analysis skills
• Able to proactively drive for continuous improvement
• Good level of computer literacy
• Good understanding of ISO and LEAN TPM system
