About the role
Pinhome is looking for a strong and driven Regional Lead for Bandung to own the end-to-end performance of our Home Services business in the Bandung region, leading the already existing team in the city and growing it further.
You will be responsible for overseeing city-level operations, supply growth, demand execution, partner performance, and service quality.
This is a highly cross-functional role that combines operations leadership, growth execution, people management, and market expansion. You will lead Bandung as an independent business unitacting as the owner of the regions P&L, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction metrics.
The ideal candidate has strong on-ground execution capability, experience leading field teams, and a solid understanding of how to scale marketplace or service operations.
What You Will Do
Own regional P&L-related KPIs: order growth, supply availability, fulfillment rate, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
Drive supply acquisition and activation, ensuring technicians, cleaners, and service providers are recruited, trained, and productive.
Oversee service provider performance, enforcing SOPs, quality standards, and operational discipline.
Partner with the central Marketing team and local partners to execute regional demand-generation initiatives.
Run local insights, market research, and competitor monitoring to identify city-specific opportunities.
Work closely with central Category, Operations, and Product teams to improve service experience and operational processes.
Conduct on-ground quality audits, field visits, and direct engagement with service providers.
Lead and mentor the Bandung regional team: regional manager,, QC staff, and partner-facing roles.
Ensure Pinhome becomes the preferred Home Service platform for Bandung households, property managers, and businesses.
What You Will Need
Strong execution mindset with hands-on experience managing frontline teams.
Proven capability in operational management, SOP enforcement, and service quality control.
Experience managing KPIs, dashboards, sales/ops metrics, and improvement initiatives.
Comfortable working with data (Excel/Sheets, basic dashboards).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
Deep familiarity with the Bandung market and local consumer behavior.
High ownership, resilience, and willingness to be on the ground when needed.
