High & Low Headhunters, a headhunting company under Kosong Satu Group that connects Bali expats and Indonesian talent with top job opportunities, is seeking a Key Account Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will build strong client relationships while working closely with the recruitment team to deliver effective hiring solutions. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, smooth recruitment processes, and alignment across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their strategic, financial, and hiring objectives
• Conduct in-depth research on client companies, competitors, and market trends
• Develop and execute targeted research and recruitment strategies based on client needs
• Map role criteria, define job descriptions, and document candidate specifications
• Identify and track prospective candidates using various sourcing channels
• Coordinate with the recruitment team to assess candidates for qualification, cultural fit, and compatibility
• Support confidential interviews, reference checks, and background or credit checks together with the recruitment team
• Consolidate shortlisted candidate data and prepare detailed candidate profile summaries
• Guide and support the negotiation process between clients and candidates until completion
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and support candidate onboarding and transition
• Expand and manage a strong client and referral network across Indonesia and major Southeast Asia cities
• Analyse and develop expertise within specific industries or job functions
• Work closely with the marketing team to promote job opportunities across group social media and professional networks
• Research and develop new recruitment leads and business opportunities
• Act as a liaison between management and the recruitment team
• Filter, organize, and communicate relevant updates and feedback to management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology/Law/related field
• 2 years of experience as a Key Account Manager
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, client management, and candidate assessment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
