British American Tobacco Indonesia has an exciting opportunity for an InternUp – Operations (Procurement) in Malang
Role Statement
The BAT Indonesia InternUP is a 6-month internship program designed to help you transform your potential into real opportunities and grow within our company. It’s more than just an internship, it’s a dynamic learning experience where you’ll flourish, develop key skills, and become a future industry leader. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Support monitoring of procurement compliance activities.
• Assist in tracking project progress, savings, and WAPT performance.
• Help manage and monitor access control in systems such as SAP and Coupa related to procurement activities.
• Compile and analyze data to provide basic insights and reports for the team.
• Update and maintain trackers and reporting files to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Support day-to-day tasks related to procurement operations and performance monitoring.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant majors, preferably from Accounting, Business Management, Marketing, with max. 1 year of experience (final-year students are welcome).
• Available for a full-time internship for 6 months.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and basic formulas) with strong attention to detail.
• Basic PowerPoint and presentation skills to support reporting and discussions.
• Proactive mindset with high initiative and willingness to learn.
• Interest in data analysis, procurement processes, and business operations.
• Familiarity with Power BI, SAP, or Coupa is a plus.
