About the role
This role will involve proactive maintenance and updating of asset management systems, operation training, creating uniform data sets across customer, product, and business entities, and managing Zendesk and Jira databases. What you will be doing
Work safely, and with regard to the safety of others, including:

• Compliance with all OH&S policies and procedures.
• Actively work to improve safety in the workplace.

Provide document support to external and internal customers, including :

• Ensure the accuracy and uniformity of master data across systems including Zendesk and Jira.
• Develop and implement data management procedures and guidelines to support asset management and operations training.
• Manage data input and ongoing maintenance processes to ensure data integrity.
• Provide training and support to end-users on effective use of data systems.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to facilitate data integration and consistency across platforms.
• Lead initiatives to enhance data quality and support organizational data governance

Assets this role is accountable for maintaining:

• Zendesk
• JIRA
• AX/ Daxeam
• Dynamic 365
  

What you will bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, or Electrical Engineering.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills (interview will be conducted in English)
• Proven experience in data administration or a similar role
• Good analytic, problem solving and data management skills and proactive approach.
• 1-2 years’ experience in data management or related field, preferably in a technology-driven industry.
• Customer orientated
