Role Objective:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities. The successful candidate will ensure that all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications, quality standards, and deadlines. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on technical expertise—particularly in Light Steel Frame (LSF) construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities of workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Monitor project progress and report updates, issues, and risks to the Project Manager.
• Implement and maintain quality control and occupational health & safety procedures.
• Manage and track usage of materials, tools, and equipment on site.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify workmanship and ensure compliance with standards.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on progress, manpower, and materials.
• Foster effective communication between the project team, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Lead and motivate the on-site workforce to achieve productivity and quality goals.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction site supervision.
• Essential: Proven experience with Light Steel Frame (LSF) construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, quality control, and safety standards.
• Proficient in construction software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (spoken & written).
• High proficiency in English (spoken & written).
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Willing to work on-site and adapt to project schedules.
• Nationality: Indonesian.
