Job Description:
Hunt and onboard new F&B merchant daily to expand merchant selection in G-Food ecosystem Daily Activities as follow: 1. Leads Generation: Conduct leads mapping, crosscheck availability in competitor platform, make cold calls to pre-identified prospects 2. Route Optimization: Plan merchant visit, Prepare onboarding pitch 3. Content Completeness: Make sure merchant have proper menu photos, menu availability, sufficient operation hours and good preparation time 4. Merchant transaction: Make sure merchant onboarded generate transaction and have sales after join G-food Essential Skill Sets: 1. Sales Skills: Proficiency in sales strategies, negotiation tactics, and persuasion to effectively acquire new merchants. 2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with potential merchants and internal teams. 3. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and stakeholders. 4. Market Knowledge: Understanding of the local food and beverage industry, as well as the competitive landscape. 5. Data Analysis: Ability to analyze market data and trends to identify potential merchant partners that align with G-Food's growth strategies. 6. Tech Savvy: Comfortable with using CRM tools, data dashboards, and other technologies that facilitate merchant acquisition and management. Desirable Experience 1. Experience in F&B or E-commerce: Previous experience in food and beverage or e-commerce industries, especially in a role that involved business development or partnerships. 2. Track Record in Sales or Business Development: A proven record of meeting or exceeding targets in a sales or business development role. 3. Strategic Thinking: Experience in developing and executing acquisition strategies that have successfully grown a platform's merchant base. 4. Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate issues in the acquisition process and proactively develop solutions. 5. Adaptability: Experience in adapting to rapidly changing market conditions and business needs to ensure continual acquisition of valuable merchants.
