We are seeking a dedicated and commercially-minded Client Account Manager. This role is pivotal in maintaining strong client relationships and guiding investors through the processes of establishing and operating their businesses in Indonesia, focusing heavily on investment setup and expatriate documentation.

Company: Consulting/Advisory Services

Location: Denpasar, Bali.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of international and domestic clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Advise clients on the optimal structure and legal requirements for establishing Foreign Direct Investment (PMA) and Domestic Investment (PMDN) companies.
• Coordinate internally with the Legal team to manage the initiation and progression of client company incorporation processes (PMA/PMDN).
• Guide clients and their foreign staff through the application processes for various Indonesian expatriate permits, including Visas and KITAS (Temporary Stay Permit).
• Provide foundational advice or coordinate necessary internal resources concerning basic Human Resources compliance, such as employment contracts and Indonesian labor law essentials.
• Ensure all client legal and immigration processes are tracked accurately, timelines are met, and required documentation is complete.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of professional experience in account management, client services, or business development, preferably within the consulting, legal, or corporate services sector.
• Strong working knowledge of company incorporation procedures in Indonesia, specifically for PMA and PMDN entities.
• Familiarity with Indonesian immigration procedures, including the requirements for various Visas and KITAS applications.
• Basic understanding of Indonesian Human Resources (HR) and labor law principles is a plus.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both written and spoken English. Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is a distinct advantage.
• Proactive, client-focused attitude with proven ability to manage complex relationships and deliverables.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Communications, or a related field.
