• Performed solder touch up and inspection on populated printed circuit boards after wave solder.
• Post wave solder touch up and hand add soldering.
• Executed 100% panel inspection following wave solder machine.
• Operated wave solder machine as required.
• Operated a wave soldering machine.
• Developed SOP's for preventive maintenance of Electro Vert Wave Solder equipment.
• Operate, setup and maintain Electro Vert wave soldering equipment.
• Wave solder boards/DE tape and wash. Touch up and/or rework.
• Trained personnel on Electro Vert Wave Solder equipment.
• Post wave solder technician at Tektronix.
• Operated wave solder machine Cleaned machine components Inspected finished products
• Operate and maintain a pc board wave solder machine for mass pc board soldering projects.
• Post Wave soldering, printed circuit assemblies, surface mount, assembling electronic components assuring electronic components are flush, soldered

Qualifications:

• Diploma / Bachelor Degree graduates in Engineering field from High reputable Universities
• 3 Years same field
• Proven work experience in Wave Solder.
• Excellent technical skills
• Knowledge of process related standards
• Experience in process simulations
• Working knowledge of process engineering software packages
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations
• Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
