The primary purpose of a trainer for underground products is to ensure that employees are well-versed in the proper use, maintenance, and safety procedures for underground equipment or products. This role aims to enhance operational efficiency, minimize safety risks, and ensure compliance with industry standards by equipping employees with the necessary knowledge and skills. The trainer's goal is to foster a competent workforce capable of effectively handling underground products, ultimately contributing to the overall success and safety of underground operations.

• Prepare appropriate training methods per case٫ including simulations٫ mentoring٫ on the job training٫ professional development classes.
• Deliver training in both classroom and one-on one settings to Assessors
• Perform consistent, accurate, and reliable assessments on Trainee
• Develop and implement UG training program materials. Perform reviews of program documentation to ensure consistency in the field
• Providing guidance and advice to key stakeholders (i.e.) Service leader, and competent assessors
• Maintain a clear understanding of current regulatory requirements, and able to explain requirements when necessary
• Responsible for the accuracy and validity of training and compliances
• Develop educational aids and materials
• Customer Advice/consultancy. Determine equipment selection based on customer application needs, through job/production study and cost/investment simulation analysis
• Operation and maintenance operator/technicians training/Complete Documentation. Prepare all material/manual and conduct training on the operation and maintenance for operators who will operate the product/Analyze and coordinate sales support material preparation to make market and selling product
• Site survey/Product systems knowledge. Coordinate and conduct field/site survey to understand site condition and situation, and plan all aspects related to product delivery and installation process/Identify the product and/or system best fitted for the project
• Safety, Health & Environment. Evaluate and monitor the implementation of safety, health and environment activity in working area.

Requirements:
Educational Background:
Understand Company Business and Products Experience:
Minimum 5 years' experience in technical background
Experience with Under Ground machine & Environment Technical Knowledge:

• Product Expertise: In-depth understanding of underground products, machinery, and equipment used in mining or construction, including how they operate and are maintained.
• Industry Regulations: Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations, industry standards, and legal requirements related to underground operations (e.g., mining safety codes).
• Health and Safety Protocols: Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment, including hazard recognition and emergency procedures.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Ability to troubleshoot common issues with underground equipment and provide solutions.

Skills:

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly explain technical concepts and procedures to trainees.
• Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver engaging and effective training sessions, both in the classroom and in the field.
• Problem-Solving: Skilled in resolving technical issues and providing practical solutions during training sessions.
• Adaptability: Flexibility in adjusting training methods and materials to different learning styles and levels of experience.
• Assessment and Feedback: Capable of evaluating trainee performance, identifying areas for improvement, and providing constructive feedback.
• Organizational Skills: Efficient in planning, organizing, and managing training schedules, materials, and assessments.
• Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in using technical tools and software relevant to underground operations and training delivery.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with trainees, encourage participation, and foster a collaborative learning environment.
