Role Description

This is a full-time and remote role for an Outbound Call Agent/Coordinator. The primary responsibility of the role is to conduct outbound calls to engage leads, promote Lingua Learn services, and support potential clients. Tasks include scheduling appointments, tracking leads, providing information about language training and franchise opportunities, and maintaining customer relationship management (CRM) records. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a proactive approach to achieving targets. Collaboration with the marketing and sales teams will also be a key part of your daily activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette, active listening, and written communication.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and lead tracking systems.
  • Proficiency in using technology, including virtual meeting tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles, including appointment scheduling and client follow-up.
  • Organizational skills, time management abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Experience in the education or training sector and language services is an advantage.
  • Regular access to a reliable internet connection and appropriate remote workspace.
