Summary

Within the framework of Gresik plant objectives and action plans set by Plant manager and Maintenance manager, his missions are to analyze, improve, and monitor machinery
performance, to achieve targeted plant efficiency within optimally controlled cost

Responsibilities

Work with care & consideration to maintain health, safety & the environment associated with our activities, complying with relevant company safety regulations.

1. Comply with all Environmental Health and Safety (HSE) regulations and implement all necessary measures for work, health and environmental protection within the scope of his responsibilities
2. High attention to the strategic orientation of KNAUF 100 and its follow-up provides direction and conveys a sense of stability to its team.
3. CI & Sustainability, with demonstrate authenticity and encourage initiative for continuous improvement and sustainability in all areas and all activities.
4. 5S driver for his team and ensures a very clean environment (housekeeping) in inspection and maintenance areas at all times.
5. Check daily machine efficiency regarding downtime of Mechanical & Electrical equipment, take immediate action if the machine is damaged and follow up with action.
6. Carry out machine troubleshooting and preventive maintenance according to the work area.
7. Maintain and update equipment databases and utilize historical data to develop repair plants.
8. Ensure that the PM task list is carried out by technicians according to schedule.
9. Monitor and motivate the mechanical and electrical performance of staff and develop or improve their skills/knowledge.
10. Establish and propose to the Maintenance Manager a repair and/or improvement action plan to increase overall machine efficiency (M&E T5).
11. Plan and execute PM tasks to achieve best equipment performance and prepare annual maintenance, monitor and propose detailed action plans.
12. Assist and suggest to the Maintenance Manager to organize the workforce to suit maintenance efficiency, especially T5M.
13. Implement and follow up on ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 requirements.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experiences in continuous production line
• S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• English spoken and written are preferred
• Good knowledge of Mechanical engineering and electrical engineering (HE, Conveyor belt, Kiln/Dryer, PLC etc)
• Ability to organize groups of people and systems.
• Good communication & leadership skills.
• Analytical / problem solving aptitude
• Able to proactively drive for continues improvement.
• Understand and implement ISO
• Team motivator ability
• Performance orientation
