Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Marketing Specialist at Netiquette Software. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of social media marketing, digital marketing, web analytics, online marketing, and communication activities. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and the ability to drive online engagement.

Job Scope

1. Social Media Management

• Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms
• Create, schedule, and manage posts and content
• Monitor and engage with audiences on social media channels
• Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies as needed
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and tools

2. Digital Marketing Campaigns

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, PPC, and display advertising
• Manage and optimize online advertisements
• Track and report on campaign performance and ROI
• Collaborate with the team to develop creative and effective marketing materials
• Utilize A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness

3. SEO and SEM

• Conduct keyword research and analysis
• Optimize website content for search engines
• Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies
• Manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads)
• Monitor and analyze SEO and SEM performance

4. Web Analytics and Reporting
