Job Description :

• Manage the legal department to finish the duty and work that was done for our clients and review if it is done correctly and on time.
• Represent the company to attend invitation from government institutions.
• Represent the company’s legal department to attend internal management meetings if needed.
• Give input and contribute to the business development of the company.
• Meet with our clients and communicate through E-mail and WhatsApp if needs be.
• Provide legal consultation internally upon requests.
• Deliver direction and information from the management of the company to all Legal Junior and Senior Consultants.
• Keep up to date with Indonesian law and regulations.

Requirements :

• Strong team spirit, openness, common sense & dedication.
• Bachelor’s degree of law (SH) from reputable university, a master’s degree would be preferable.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in a similar position in the legal field.
• Advocate license from PERADI is a plus.
• Fluent in English both verbal and written.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good self-organization skills.
• Good self-presentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Deep knowledge of legal aspects, contract drafting and licensing.
• Ability to navigate through regulatory barriers and strategize to find a solution to overcome such barriers.
• Strong negotiation, management, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and to manage multiple tasks at the same time as well as to supervise Legal team members in a dynamic corporate environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Denpasar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Required)
