- Boost our activity participation: Promote our daily/weekly events to our guests by chatting. Encourage sign-ups with enthusiasm, ensuring everyone feels excited to join (evening events/parties, day time events, days trips, yoga etc)

- Create a lively atmosphere: Create a fun and social atmosphere to bring our guest together and create group vibe. Create interactions with games, music, and fun conversations to keep the vibe social. Work closely with the bar/marketing team.

- Engage with our guests: Approach guests, introduce them to others, and help them feel at home. Offer personalized recommendations based on their interests and travel style.

- Host Our Events day & night: Lead activities with high energy, ensuring guests have an unforgettable experience, adapt to the crowd to organising social, party & sports vibes to keep the atmosphere lively

- Boost our reviews across our booking platforms: Focus toencourage guests to leave 10/10 reviews on Hostelworld/booking.com/Google

Qualifications:

- A natural entertainer comfortable in front of the crowd with a social and lively personality

- Excellent oral communication and leadership skills

- Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)

- Experience in events, promotions or hospitality is a plus

- Someone who love party but remain responsible and professional

- Available to work flexibles hours, including evenings

- Self-motivated, outgoing, friendly, and energetic personality

- Indonesian citizen only
