The Telesales Staff position is a full-time, Work From Office (WFO) role based in Jakarta.
As a Telesales Staff, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, promoting the company’s products and services, and supporting client acquisition through effective telephone communication and follow-up activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients via telephone using the company’s customer database.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects through phone calls, chat, or other communication channels to build interest in the company’s products and services.
- Provide accurate information, product education, and professional consultation regarding the company’s products and services within the futures trading industry.
- Identify prospective clients’ needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients throughout the client acquisition process.
- Schedule appointments or follow-up consultations with the relevant team when required.
- Respond to client inquiries in a professional, responsive, and customer-oriented manner.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, communication history, and follow-up activities in the company’s CRM or internal database.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets established by the company.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: Senior High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, Customer Service, Call Center, Sales, or a related field will be considered an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
