Your Day-to-Day

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume frontline and operational roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, social media, referrals, etc.
  • Conduct resume screening, phone interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
  • Ensure hiring targets are achieved while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, track hiring progress, and prepare regular recruitment reports.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand workforce needs and continuously improve hiring processes.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in mass hiring, high-volume recruitment, or agency recruitment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Results-oriented, organized, and able to work independently while meeting recruitment KPIs.
