Customer Relations / Client Acquisition OfficerJob Description
As a Customer Relations / Client Acquisition Officer, you will play a key role in acquiring new clients while building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively follow up with prospective clients via phone calls, messaging platforms, and walk-in consultations using the company’s provided database.
- Provide clear, professional, and informative consultations regarding the company’s products and services in the futures trading industry.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, requests, and concerns while delivering appropriate solutions and excellent customer service.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to achieve client acquisition targets.
- Present the company’s products, trading processes, and service advantages in a professional, persuasive, and customer-focused manner.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Relations, Customer Service, Sales, Client Services, or a related role.
- Professional appearance with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven work environment.
- Quick learner, proactive, self-motivated, and highly customer-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Willing to work in a target-oriented environment and adaptable to operational business needs.
- Previous experience as a Sales Consultant, Account Executive, Telesales Representative, Business Development Executive, or a similar client-facing role is an advantage.
