We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Specialist to expand our business presence across Jakarta and the broader Indonesia market. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong, long-term relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the Indonesian market, an established professional network, and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Working closely with potential and existing customers, you will identify business needs, promote tailored solutions, and contribute to the company’s growth by driving customer acquisition and retention. Success in this role will be measured by sales performance, lead generation, customer satisfaction, and the ability to develop sustainable business partnerships throughout Indonesia.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong network of clients in the digital space.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in digital sales tools and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the Jakarta/ Indonesia market and its business practices.
Job Responsibility:
- Develop and execute digital sales strategies tailored to the Jakarta/Indonesia market.
- Identify and approach potential clients through various digital platforms.
- Maintain and grow a strong network of clients to drive sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute sales campaigns.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in digital sales.
- Understand the local market dynamics and regulatory requirements.
