Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end HR administration, including employee documentation, HRIS, onboarding, and employee records.
- Assist payroll processing, BPJS administration, employee benefits, and related HR operational support.
- Support recruitment activities, including CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
- Maintain HR data, dashboards, reports, and assist in performance management administration.
- Monitor attendance, leave, employee database, and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Support office administration, asset management, and employee engagement initiatives when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; internship or organizational experience in HR is a plus.
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable working with HR data.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information professionally.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced working environment.
