What you will do:
To ensure a good flow as well as systematic in the department’s day-to-day work. To be the link that ensures good and solid connection with the regional offices on the admin side as well as to the common service Admin group. Will be the anchor in the ad hoc admin tasks.
How you will do it:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Refrigeration Service team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Coordinate and maintain schedules for all service-related activities across both local and regional operations to ensure timely execution and resource alignment.

Monitor and follow up on the delivery status of ordered parts, proactively communicating updates and resolving potential delays.

Track and consolidate weekly manpower hours, ensuring accurate reporting and timely submission to the Singapore office.

Support operational planning and documentation to facilitate effective service delivery and cross-functional collaboration.
What we look for:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of administrative, coordination, or service support experience.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Experience in scheduling, coordinating service activities, and tracking operational deliverables.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Strong follow-up and coordination skills to monitor delivery schedules and service activities.

Ability to prepare accurate reports and maintain data integrity, including manpower tracking and reporting.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
