Jobdesc :
1. Daily Bank Reconciliation: Perform daily reconciliations to ensure accurate cash positioning.
2. General Ledger Management: Prepare and post all journal entries for both Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss accounts.
3. Revenue Recognition: Calculate and finalize monthly revenue figures in preparation for the month-end close.
4. Variance Analysis: Provide comprehensive monthly fluctuation explanations for BS and PL accounts.
5. Financial Reporting: Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports for both internal management and external stakeholders.
6. Audit Support: Facilitate audit processes by providing necessary documentation and support for internal and external auditors.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, with a strong preference for Accounting majors. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
– Prior experience with Oracle is highly advantageous.
– Proactive mindset with a high level of initiative and meticulous attention to detail.
– Strong analytical thinking and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
