Job Description :

• Lead the development of scalable backend services using modern technologies and architecture.

• Guide and mentor team members in day-to-day development tasks and best practices.

• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Front-End, DevOps, and QA.

• Ensure smooth implementation of CI/CD, DevSecOps, and messaging mechanisms.

• Drive the adoption of microservices architecture and ensure robust system performance.

• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Lead Developer in backend engineering.

• Strong leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align team direction.

• Experienced in Agile methodologies and team management.

• Preferably familiar with the insurance domain or other regulated industries.

• Hands-on experience with microservices, messaging systems, CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps, and AWS tools (SES, S3).

• Strong technical knowledge in Java, Spring Boot, and experience with React Native, Angular, or React JS.

• Familiarity with Quarkus framework is a plus.

• Passionate about tech and always keeping up with the latest IT trends.

• Willing to work on-site (WFO).
