Job Purpose Lead the product engineering team in designing, developing, and improving cable harness products to meet customer, quality, and cost requirements while supporting production and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Manage and mentor engineers, oversee projects, and coordinate with production, quality, and procurement teams. Product Development: Lead design from concept to production, including drawings, BOMs, and testing. Ensure compliance with customer and industry standards. Proficient in CAD tools (AutoCAD, CATIA, Creo, or SolidWorks). Familiar with automotive/aerospace/industrial standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
