We are seeking an experienced IT Administrator to manage and optimize our end-user IT infrastructure. As part of a dynamic team in Dropsuite , you will ensure the seamless operation of our systems, services, and technological solutions.

This role focuses on the maintenance and support of our network, Microsoft 365, and various SaaS platforms. Key responsibilities include system updates, security management, and overseeing AV systems for meetings and events. You will also provide technical support to both on-site and remote employees while collaborating with vendors and the HQ IT team to enhance and improve our infrastructure.

Work Arrangement

• Full-time position

• Hybrid work model (2 days per week in the office)

• Monday to Friday, 5-day work week (flexible work schedule)

Eligible to reside and work in Bandung (Indonesian citizenship only)

K ey Accountabilities

System Maintenance:

• Perform regular system updates, patches, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

• Monitor system resources and resolve performance or capacity issues. Conduct audits to ensure policy compliance.

• Manage IT stock, vendor relations, procurement, and tech refreshs .

• Oversee AV systems for meeting rooms and events.

Network Administration:

• Configure and maintain network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).

• Monitor and troubleshoot network performance and collaborate with HQ IT for infrastructure improvements.

Technical Support:

• Provide end-user technical support for hardware and software issues.

• Address help desk tickets promptly and escalate as necessary.

M365 & SaaS Management:

• Manage Microsoft 365 services and other SaaS applications, including user provisioning, license management, and troubleshooting. Ensure seamless integration and functionality of cloud services.

Security:

• Implement and maintain security protocols. Perform regular security audits and ensure compliance with policies. Stay updated on security best practices and threats.

Documentation:

Maintain system documentation and update IT policies in line with industry standards.

Qualifications and Competencies

• Diploma or Degree in computer science or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Administrator or similar role.

• Excellent troubleshooting and technical support skills for both hardware and software issues.

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and SaaS management.

• Proficiency in Windows and Mac Operating System.

• Ability to manage IT vendors and procurement processes.

• Strong documentation and process management abilities.

• Experience with AV system management for meetings and events.

• Familiarity with security protocols and conducting security audits.

Knowledge of ITIL practices is a plus.
