Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Presales Technical Consultant with at least 4 years of relevant experience and an established professional network. This role is responsible for supporting business growth by engaging potential clients, identifying new opportunities, and providing technical expertise throughout the sales process.
As a key link between customers, sales teams, and technical teams, you will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, recommend suitable solutions, and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations. You will play a critical role in building long-term client relationships, driving lead generation efforts, and supporting the successful adoption of our digital and technology solutions in the Indonesia market.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach, with the ability to translate business needs into practical and effective solutions. Success in this role will be measured by lead generation, sales support effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and contribution to overall business growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and product teams to design and present technical solutions across platforms such as OutSystems, Microsoft technologies, and other enterprise systems.
- Lead the creation of GenAI proof-of-concepts (POCs), showcasing capabilities in AI, LLMs, and intelligent automation as part of the presales process.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures and solution designs, ensuring alignment with client goals and platform capabilities.
- Develop prototypes, demos, and technical presentations to illustrate solution feasibility and value.
- Support the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from a presales perspective, including architecture validation, integration planning, and technical documentation.
- Engage in client workshops and technical discussions to address solution fit, performance, and extensibility.
- Document solution features, infrastructure requirements, and technical specifications for presales engagements.
- Ensure timely delivery of presales assets and contribute to proposals with high-quality technical inputs.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to enterprise architecture discussions.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, especially in AI/ML, LLMs, and low-code platforms, and apply them to client use cases.
- Adapt to ad-hoc technical requests and collaborate across teams to meet dynamic client needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft development tools (e.g., Visual Studio, .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET) and experience with platforms like OutSystems, PowerApps, and SharePoint.
- Solid understanding of N-Tier architecture, enterprise application development, and integration strategies.
- Experience in AI/ML, including familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), GenAI frameworks, and prompt engineering.
- Ability to design and deliver GenAI POCs tailored to client needs and business objectives.
- Experience in database design and management using SQL Server or equivalent RDBMS.
- Working knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks such as Angular or React.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business perspectives.
- Ability to manage multiple presales engagements and deliver within tight timelines.
- Experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to solution architecture discussions.
- Adaptability to handle dynamic client requirements and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies.
