Job Overview:

The Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for utilizing existing Talent Acquisition procedures to solve routine or standard problems. They receive instruction, guidance, and direction from others within the team. They will leverage the conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures that they learn related to Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.

Key Task and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client requirements and qualifies candidates by conducting telephone or face-to-face interviews according to identified qualification standards
  • Identify areas of potential optimization and share them with management
  • Assist with coordinating organization for recruiting events, such as job fairs, open houses, and invitation-only events
  • Identify, engage, and recruit qualified candidates from the candidate pipeline

Essential Qualification and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1 to 2 years of Talent Acquisition experience required
  • Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills
  • Ability to work independently and drive personal success
