Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in Design, Drafting, or Project Management will be an advantage.
- Strong drawing skills and a good understanding of design, drafting, architectural, and interior design.
- Proficient in design software such as Autodesk AutoCAD Architecture 2D/3D, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, V-Ray for rendering, or similar tools.
- Strong communication and project management skills; detail-oriented, creative, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Job Description:
- Create and develop drawings and layouts for facility, renovation, fit out, and area improvement requirements.
- Coordinate and monitor the implementation of renovation, fit out, and facility improvement works in accordance with established drawings and standards.
- Inspect areas and facilities and identify requirements for repairs, renovations, and improvements.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and relevant parties in the execution of facility, renovation, and fit out works.
- Monitor project progress, maintain documentation, and prepare reports related to ongoing facility and project activities.
